Your personal information is stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, hosted on infrastructure within or accessible from South Africa. We apply row-level security to all tables to ensure that data is only accessible by authorised system processes.
We retain your session data (wedding preferences and planning outputs) for up to 24 months. After this period, data is anonymised or deleted. If you wish to have your data deleted sooner, see Section 8.
We share personal information only with the following trusted service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

wedin.ai is intended for adults planning their wedding. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through wedin.ai, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
